We have been here 2 years in a row for a 4 day swim meet. Bits incredibly hot inside this venue. There's no fans for spectators where the pool is the hottest. The roof does open but they don't open it. Where our team was sitting the large ceiling fan did not work. They're no vendors inside that offer any water or refreshment 2 years in a row. Our child says the water is hot and that's not great for swimmibg also it's only an 8 lane pool instead of 10 which meanss less swimmers make finals. USA swimming could choose a better location for a swim meet in July/ August. The meet is conducted well and it is run quickly is the only reason this is 2 stars and not 1.

I've been to quite a few swim competitions here over the past year, and it's always been a great experience. The facility is clean, easy to get around, and everything runs smoothly on event days. The pool is well maintained, and there's plenty of room to relax between races without feeling overcrowded. The staff and volunteers always seem organized, which makes the whole day a lot less stressful for athletes and families. It's one of the better venues we've competed at, and I honestly look forward to coming back whenever there's another meet here.

Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center is awesome! Great lifeguards and swim instructors! The facility is so impressive: high dives, diving platforms, water polo, synchronized swimming, lap pools, etc!

I signed my 4-year-old son up for swimming lessons based on the facility’s amenities—especially the showers and changing rooms, which are prominently advertised on the website. We even visited before registration and saw them in person. After his very first lesson today, we rushed to the showers as a normal routine, only to find the entire area closed off. Staff told us there was a private event and we were not allowed to use the showers or changing rooms. When I explained that we live 40 minutes away and asked how I was supposed to take my wet child home, I was told we could change him in the public restroom instead. I asked to speak with a manager. A staff member came, claimed they had sent an email about the closure (I never received anything), and said they would “call us next time.” That does not excuse denying a basic amenity that we paid for and that was presented as part of the service. I did not sign up to change my child in a public restroom after a swim lesson. The showers and changing rooms are not optional perks—they are essential facilities, especially for young children. We go here for several swim meets including Championship meets. While there is a decent amount of space, I really feel like they need more seating. I also feel like they could do better for people who may be in a wheelchair. In addition, the bathrooms really need a remodel! Otherwise, we really enjoy this facility!
